Don is a seasoned entrepreneur, advisor, and ecosystem builder with more than 25 years of experience supporting startups and early-stage founders. He serves as Managing Partner at Trusted Scale LLC, where he helps companies grow from early-stage ventures into scalable enterprises through strategic advisory, market insight, and operational guidance.

Don also leads the Founder Institute’s Delaware Valley/Keystone chapter, mentoring founders through validation, execution, and growth while cultivating a strong regional startup community. Over his career, he has worked with numerous ventures across cloud computing, cybersecurity, and health tech, holding executive, board, and advisory roles.

He studied Mathematics and Computer Science at McGill University and began his career at the intersection of technology and business, laying the foundation for his long-standing work in startup strategy and venture development.

I have designed a robust managed services direction, leveraging my Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications to initiate industry-leading Agile practices across global development and service delivery teams. I leverage my Pragmatic Marketing Mastery expertise and multiple certifications. I am fluent in IoT technology and AI based remote service management. development practices. I work in the full stack of the pragmatic framework between Design, Development, Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to build strong and clear use cases using new AI tools and systems for data driven analysis and requirements management to deliver great products that delight customers on time and on budget.

Driving the portfolio offerings, my team and I have crafted and deployed critical systems that
resonate with our customers continuously evolving market needs. Our focus on innovative

Founder Institute’s Philadelphia chapter, a global program operating in over 95 cities supporting pre-seed entrepreneurs, he provides structured mentorship, drawing on experience that has helped build over 6,000 startups and secure over $1.75 billion in funding. His approach is rooted in personal development and delivering efficient, impactful financial guidance to the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.
